Claimwright

Fleet warranty claims, initiated, managed, and resolved.

Claimwright handles fleet warranty work end to end. It watches your estimates, writes the warranty repair order, puts it in, and handles the back-and-forth when an adjuster denies a line.

The screens below show it running on Tekmetric and AutoIntegrate. If your shop runs something else, we build it to fit.

§ 01The board

Every claim, and the stage it is at

Claimwright watches your shops on its own. Estimates that are ready to go out, and claims an adjuster has come back on, land on the board without anyone checking the portal.

You can see where every job stands without opening anything.

§ 02The estimate

It uses the estimate your team already wrote

Claimwright pulls the job straight out of your shop system — every operation, every part, the part numbers, the labor and the pricing your shop already entered.

Nothing is retyped, and nothing is re-invented. The numbers on the claim are the numbers on your estimate.

The estimate detail, showing jobs, parts, part numbers and prices read from the shop system.
§ 03The findings

It reflects what the technician actually found

The inspection findings are utilized as well, including measurements — pad thickness, tread depth, what was leaking and where.

This level of detail is what can turn a claim from rejected to approved. Claimwright uses the details of your inspection along with your historic data to create a robust, defendable warranty claim.

§ 04The repair order

Automated repair order creation

The labor, parts, pricing and the technician's narrative are all used to create the complete repair order.

You review the details and the completed repair order before submitting — you remain in control of the process.

§ 05The adjuster

It negotiates with the adjuster

When a line comes back denied, Claimwright reads what the adjuster said, interprets what is actually being objected to, and creates the reply.

The reply references the estimate, the technician's findings and the wording that has worked on that objection before (based on historic shop data). You can edit it or send it as written. Again, you remain in control.
